During your event
On-site Floral Assistance
If you would like Valeria Blooms to remain on-site to move, reposition, or restyle the floral rentals during your event, on-site assistance is available for an additional fee.

Late-Night Pickup
Pickups scheduled after 9:00 PM are subject to a late-night pickup fee.

Overnight / Next-Day Pickup
If the venue allows the floral rentals to remain overnight, next-day pickup may be arranged.

Booking & payment
To reserve your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event, prior to setup.
